Screen Printing
History of Screen Printing
Screen Printing or Silk Screening is defined as forcing ink or metal onto (a surface) through a prepared screen of fine material so as to create a picture or pattern. Long ago this was done by hand, in fact the origin of screen printing can be dated back to China during the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD). It was then adapted by other Asian countries like Japan, and was furthered by creating newer methods.
Today we continue to enjoy screen printing or silk screen designs on our tee shirts, uniforms, other apparel, as a way to create a business, team or school identity. So, to keep up with the demand, we use advanced computerized screen print machines to create your custom designs. Furthermore, we can even use the computer to digitize most any design, slogan or logo using advanced design software. This allows our customers to put most anything they can imagine on their shirt.
